Counsellor Directory

This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description

Through my own journey, I have unlocked the intrinsic need to hold the light for others while they navigate their journeys. I know it can be difficult and isolating to do alone. Whether it is a safe space to talk, sort out thoughts, work through traumas, learn new skills, or heal, it would be an honor to hold that space for you.

I am passionate about supporting your individual journey through life, those in all life transitions, those supporting others, relationship/family dynamics, adolescents/youths, CBT, inner child work, emotional regulation and coping tools, grief and loss, workshops, and more.

I offer in-person static (traditional) and non-static sessions in St. Paul, AB, as well as virtual counselling sessions (Canada-wide). I also offer workshops and group therapy as well as Transitional Consulting for those navigating the liminal space between student and practitioner.

I am very familiar with the ways of the neurospicy brain and offer a safe, inclusive space for all.

It is important to me that we are a good therapeutic match. Discovery calls are a good way to ensure that I am the right counsellor for you.
